When everything looks good, how do you choose?

With 40 colours to pick from, KitchenAid shoppers had plenty to love, but plenty to second-guess at checkout. “I like this one” needed to become “This is the one.”

So we created Colourology, an interactive experience that used personality questions to match shoppers with the colour that felt uniquely theirs, helping shoppers find their colour and hit checkout with confidence.

From second-guessing to sold.

The experience left buyers confident and excited about their selection. Cart abandonment dropped, sales increased, and Colourology was featured on top cooking blogs, turning a tricky decision into a delightful, shareable journey.
