How do you sell a place no one’s looking for?

With Nicaragua barely on the tourism map, we had to sell more than a stay. We had to make the destination desirable through organic social, then give travellers a reason to make Casa Bloom their home base, creating a brand around a simple promise: a place to work and a reason to wander.

The results are strong. Casa Bloom has been 70 percent booked since opening in 2022, earned a Guest Favourite badge on Airbnb, and partnered with a global co-living network. The story also caught attention with features in Waves and Wifi, Coworker, Hostelz, and more. This project shows that the right creative approach can turn even a tucked-away town like Granada into a destination people seek out.

From overlooked to booked.
