Different briefs. Different answers.

Welcome to The Archives “Cate’s Version” 😉: a collection of one-off ideas, ads and experiments. Different challenges, different approaches, all rooted in a good insight.

Insight: Visa Prepaid cards now allow for partial authorization. Now that’s something to smile about :)

Insight: Most patients end their oral-care routine before it’s complete. Listerine gave dental hygienists a simple way to remind patients that brushing and flossing start the job, but Listerine finishes it.

Insight: “Sales conference” sounds like another week of meetings. Hawaii sounds like a reward worth working for. The challenge was to make advisors feel the experience before they earned their spot.

Insight: When kids have allergies, they have even less patience for discomfort. Reactine’s fast-melting tablets meant quicker relief, so kids could get back to their day faster.

Insight: Starting a new habit is often the hardest part. So we wanted to get people started without realizing it. UV-activated paper turned reading the ad into the beginning of the 30x30 challenge.

Insight: Travel brochures tend to lead with the same thing: packages and prices. We wanted the brochure itself to be part of the experience, giving travellers a taste of what G Adventures was selling before they even booked.

Insight: AIR MILES rewarded Canadians every day, but it wasn’t always easy to see what those rewards added up to. So we broke down the different rewards Collectors received throughout the year.
